Earleisha Yomika 

Earleisha Yomika is a Jamaican born and raised hairstylist who is the founder and creator of Urban Roots Co. Featured in local & international magazines including Vogue Netherlands.

Creativity & self-expression has always been important factors in Earleisha’s upbringing. Thanks to her mother who gave her all the barbie dolls and tools to create masterpieces as a little girl.  

During her teenage years (2015) while studying business administration, she decided to switch careers and followed her passion which has always been Hairstyling. After 3 years of studying Allround Hairstylist, this lead to her opening her mobile salon & starting her entrepreneurial journey in 2016

Her passion is working behind the scenes with artists, creating intricate hair styles and ceasing time with photography.

All this while striving to create a safe space to celebrate black beauty, black hair, culture & community.
